It’s never too early or too late to sew for Christmas – that’s my motto all year long! Handmade gifts and home decor items are always worth the extra effort and the wait.

By far, my favorite Christmas sewing project ever is the Gnome decoration that I made a few years ago. He’s so jolly and adorable, I think it’s time to take him out again.

I used traditional red and white fabrics to make my Scandinavian Star Ornaments, but you can use any fabrics you like to match your holiday decor. It’s easiest to make 2-color ornaments, so I recommend trying that first.
